The Alliance One Foundation, was formed to connect Memphis- Shelby County Schools students with secondary education aspirations to strive beyond the high school level by partnering with the only public Historically Black College University in the state of Tennessee here in the greater Mid-south.”

These initiatives provided students with firsthand exposure to colleges, universities, and educational institutions while encouraging academic excellence, leadership development, and post-secondary enrollment aspirations.
